1. Do you perform in person physical exams or appointments?

Currently consultations are available virtually or by phone only. 

2. Does Age with Grace prescribe hormone therapy?

A discussion surrounding hormone therapy, benefits/risks and eligibility is always a part of the consultation with the nurse practitioner.

3. Do you accept insurance?

At this time, we cannot accept insurance. A receipt will be provided so that you may be able to submit to your insurance carrier. 

4. Do you take patients from other provinces?

At this time, the nurse practitioner can only see patients who are residents of Ontario, Canada.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please review the following details:

• To receive a 50% refund of your consultation fee, cancellations must be made at least two business days before your scheduled appointment. The remaining 50% can be applied as a credit toward a future appointment for the same individual, valid for up to one year.

• Rescheduling is free of charge if done at least two business days prior to your appointment.

• Cancellations made within two business days of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

• Refunds and credits will be processed according to this cancellation policy.
