1. Do you perform in person physical exams or appointments?

Currently consultations are available virtually or by phone only. 

2. Does Age with Grace prescribe hormone therapy?

Yes, Grace prescribes hormone therapy when appropriate. A comprehensive discussion covering benefits, risks, and individual eligibility is always integrated into your consultation, and if you are a candidate, we will map out a personalized treatment plan together.

3. Do you accept insurance?

At this time, we cannot accept insurance. A receipt will be provided so that you may be able to submit to your insurance carrier. 

4. Do you take patients from other provinces?

At this time, the nurse practitioner can only see patients who are residents of Ontario, Canada.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please review the following details:​

• Rescheduling is free of charge if done at least two business days prior to your appointment.

• Cancellations made within two business days of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

• Refunds and credits will be processed according to this cancellation policy.

6. Are the investigations OHIP covered? 

Yes, standard blood work and diagnostic investigations ordered through the clinic that meet OHIP criteria are covered.However, certain specialized functional or comprehensive panels that fall outside standard OHIP guidelines may involve out-of-pocket costs, which are always discussed transparently beforehand.

7. Do I still need to see my regular family doctor or primary care provider?

Yes. Age with Grace operates as a specialized, complementary practice focusing on integrative and preventive care, and does not replace your primary care physician for emergency or routine family practice needs.

8. Do I need a physician referral to book an appointment?

No, a physician referral is not required. You can self-refer and book directly with the clinic.
